To use our platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access You may not: • Share your account with others • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions • Use automated systems (bots) without permission

When using Global Virtual Expo, you agree to: • Provide truthful information about your business • Respect intellectual property rights • Maintain professional communication standards • Comply with applicable laws and regulations • Report violations or suspicious activity Prohibited activities include: • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Harassing, threatening, or stalking other users • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code • Scraping or unauthorized data collection • Circumventing security features

For paid services: • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated • Subscription fees are billed in advance • All payments are processed securely via Stripe • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice Payment failures: • Services may be suspended for non-payment • Late fees may apply after grace period • You are responsible for all taxes and fees

Content ownership and rights: Our Platform: • Global Expo owns all platform IP (code, design, trademarks) • You receive a limited license to use our Services • You may not reverse engineer or copy our platform Your Content: • You retain ownership of content you upload • You grant us license to display and distribute your content • You must have rights to all content you share • We may remove content that violates these terms

Account termination conditions: We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms of Service • You engage in fraudulent activity • Your account is inactive for 2+ years • Required by law or court order Upon termination: • Your access to Services will cease immediately • Some data may be retained for legal purposes • Outstanding payments remain due • You may request data export within 30 days

Important legal information: Service "AS IS": • We provide Services without warranties • We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability • Content accuracy is not guaranteed • We are not responsible for third-party content Liability Limitations: • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages • Our liability is limited to fees paid in last 12 months • Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations • Business relationships are between users (not us)
